BURNcast.tv Media Submission

BURNcast.TV is a multimedia of blog of content including videos, photography, music, podcasts and more that is produced by burners for burners.

We invite you to share your preparations, inspirations, and adventures to Black Rock City here.

All media features the art, culture and community of Burning Man. Sometimes events featured in this vlog don't take place on the playa or at the Burning Man event per se, but rather at other Burning Man events like Decom.

We are seeking submissions for any content about anything to do with the art, culture and community (drink!) of Burning Man. Since Burning Man 2012 is upcoming, BURNcast is particularly interested in videos about preparations for art projects, art cars, as well as any and all experiences at the event. BURNcast is also interested in any videos from years past.

Simply submit information from a video you've uploaded to any video sharing website (i.e. YouTube, DailyMotion, Blip, MySpace, etc.) in the spaces provided below. Likewise we accept embed codes and/or links for slideshows on Flickr, Picasa and other popular photo sharing sites. BURNcast will act as curator for all media submissions.

Where's my gift?

For those of you who wish to see the BURNcast audio podcasts continue, we are particular interested in your audio field recordings however we are unable to host them at this time. Some excellent free resources to store media files include Archive.org, Amazon Web Services, and Dropbox. After doing so, please send us the link!

We're really sorry, but we will not accept any commercial movie or commercial documentary film venture. We're sure your work is art and we're sure it's really awesome but if it's a commercial enterprise that's copyrighted, we're afraid we can't use it. I'm sure there are a lot of really great film festivals that you can submit it to though!
